today 1 st of march in my city jaipur nd that misterious law of wearing helmet for the second passenger sitting on the two wheelers.today when i went out to my college .i had seen different categories of public storma had started following the somewhat monsterous law of authorities which our local public just consider them the monsters and the traffic police that is fastening the belt of rules on them are just like ghost.guys this is not the paragraph for critisizing my mysterious local and so called crazy public.But the blog is on that anguish behaviour that peoples carry while celebrating the onset of this day.i had still not got a point why the peoples just neglect such a wondrful decision just because they have to carry an extra helmet.i had watched many of my college friends rushing roadside to the helmet shop to buy new helmets nd simultaneously abuse this law.i dnt understand guys why people dont like to be civicly responsible and more mature in these concerns.on this point i just remember one very embarrasing story which happend with me 5 years back in my hometown hwen i was just in 11th class nd we 3 frndz had taken a motorbike as it was one of our latest passion at that time.we r nt 1 or 2 but 3 of us anf offcourse without helmet and we are going to market .as usual caught on a redlight with one of the traffic policeman.one of the friends from us told that "i know a senior authority of ur's and i make u talk to him".cop said ok let's see.we 2 of us also get relaxed that we would be freed by the financial punishment given by the monster at that time.and when he had called and given the call to the cop to talk to there senior member .The first thing that cop illustrared to that senior authority that "you all have made me stand on this redlight to listen by every person that i am a relative of a particular senior authority and leave me by the sake of his name.The next thing is more shocking to the earlier one that on one end u gave me salary and orders for catching such culprits and on other end when such persons call you make them leave .just as they are an relative of an senior authority"nd on listenng this we all feel more temperament and feeling arose of just like loosing the betted cricket match.Finally we had to give the fine(challan) to the cop and then he gave the keys of our bikes.When we are leaving he told us that "it;s not for me to make my daily income to come but for you all to learn things.when you met with accident then he only loss occurs would be of your's"----so guys this is a story which not only aroused my senses for these things to remain civically responsible for such things but also make peole aware for such dramatic changes to take place....this is not only the difference make us maturity lack but also tiks our senses to get why we are so backward then the developed nations because there they consider to follow the civic rights as there responsibility and here we have to make them feel explicitly such conditions and when we do this the people stand in front of that body supress them,abuse and treat them just like an ghost.so for god sake guys---------plss start wearing helmets...
